SEWING AND DELIVERY

• The sewing of the goods takes 3 to 5 working days after the confirmation of the order.
• Items are shipped within 1-2 business days once the garment has been made.
• Delivery of goods in Lithuania takes place through LP express, Omniva and DPD post machines.
• Delivery price - 2.80 eur.
• If the amount of your order basket exceeds 100eur - delivery is free.
• For delivery of goods to other EU and non-EU countries - contact us by personal message on our social networks or by e-mail. email nivian.clothes@gmail.com.

RETURNING THE GOODS

A faulty product can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt.

The returned/exchanged item must meet the following criteria:

• The product cannot be used, worn, stained or otherwise damaged.
• The product must have all the manufacturer's labels.
• The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and without losing its merchandise appearance.
• The product must be packed in a suitable package that protects the product from damage during transportation.

Refund amount:

• The cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
• Only the amount paid for the product is refunded to the buyer, shipping costs are not included in the refund amount.

SETTLEMENT

In the online store at the address www.nivishop.lt, you can pay using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadelės, Šiaulių bankas, Visa / MasterCard payment cards. 

Settlements are possible only in euro currency.

Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
